Initial and Re-accreditation Review of Self-Study Documents

ECE can guide you through the accreditation requirements of several continuing professional accreditation agencies such as:

Advisory Board and Committees

Dr. Parochka has interfaced with advisory board and committees at medical schools, academic health science centers, communication companies, and professional associations. In addition, she has participated as a member of several professional boards and committees. This experiential base will assist you to do the following:

  • Establish the criteria for selecting board and committee members
  • Earmark duties and responsibilities of board and committee members
  • Initiate agreements and compensation package for board and committee service

  • Establish mechanisms for storing and retrieving needs assessment documents

Understanding how to manage a CME/CE unit on a day-to-day basis is made painless when written policies and procedures are created. Continuing education units operate more efficiently and effectively if operational guidelines and policy and procedures are easily referenced and succinctly described. Professional assistance from Dr. Parochka is available to create written records to detail operation in your professional environment.


Outcome Assessments


Dr. Parochka has conducted outcome assessment studies, shared her results at research conferences, and published her findings in the Journal for Continuing Education in the Health Professions. She can work with you to prepare on-site pre-activity instruments and follow-up surveys administered 1 to 3 months post activity.

Dr Parochka can assist you in developing policies and procedures that work in all kinds of joint sponsorship relationships. Having published an article on Joint Sponsorship in the June issue of the Alliance Almanac, providers, grantors and joint sponsors can better define their roles and responsibilities.
